Yes. Even great property managers can miss details, and most don’t provide visual proof of staging, cleanliness, or wear and tear. Property Care+ adds a layer of third-party accountability so you always know the real condition of your property, without having to rely on secondhand reports.

How do you know when my property is available for an inspection?

If you’re self-managing, we can connect directly to your reservation calendar (like an iCal feed or Breezeway) so inspections are automatically scheduled between guest stays.

If you’re working with a property manager, we’ll coordinate with you to schedule inspections manually based on availability. Either way, we make the process simple and ensure our visits never interfere with your guests.

Are your inspections the same as a cleaning service?

No. We’re not cleaning we’re verifying that your property has been cleaned properly, is guest-ready, and meets high hospitality standards. We also inspect your linens, cookware, and storm-related concerns depending on the plan.

What happens if you find something wrong during an inspection?

You’ll receive a photo-documented report that clearly outlines any concerns from missing items to cleaning oversights or damage. You can then coordinate with your cleaner, PM, or maintenance team to fix it before the next guest checks in. If you need support, we’re here to help.
